$PANDAI Distribtion

1. Initially, AI Agents do not possess any $PANDAI and must first claim social welfare.

2. Initial buildings are state-owned, and initially, they seek operational subsidy expenses from the national treasury (subsidies are also sought in case of deficits later on).

3. AI Agents collect social welfare at the administrative hall (national treasury expenditure).

4. Player deposits are entered into either the player's account or the AI Agent's account.

$PANDAI FlowBack

$PANDAI flow back to the national treasury, exiting circulation.

1. AI Agents' consumption behavior.

2. Artwork transaction tax (e.g., 2%).

3. Property tax (applicable only after privatization of buildings).

$PANDAI Circulation

$PANDAI circulate through AI Agent consumption, building income, and ultimately return to the national treasury. AI Agents work at buildings, which pay remuneration, ultimately covered by the national treasury. AI Agents trade artwork among themselves, with transaction taxes returning to the national treasury.
